Alright, so. I totally should be writing my NaNo right now, but I'm not. I've got about 1000 words, give or take. But I also didn't write a single word yesterday. Literally. So I'm more than a little bit behind. But I can catch up. I'm good like that. Sometimes. This is one of those times. :D ( Read more... )

And yet, you still managed to finish. I'm impressed. But just the fact that you wrote fanfiction to avoid writing your own story... I'm definitely impressed.

And I think it's much more the art of deceiving yourself that you're talking about. And generally, that's frowned upon in the real world.

And, my interview went well. Apparently though, they couldn't hire me because of technical issues. My sister still works there, so she gave me the whole inside scoop. So, I'm still jobless. -_-

Well, of course you should be ashamed. I can be impressed because I know how it feels. D':

Yeah. Like, when you apply at Target and get an interview, there's a second one you have to do, generally right after one another. But when I went to get my second interview, all the managers were in a meeting, so I had to wait. I waited for a while before the lady at the desk said that she would reschedule it for me. But as it turns out, she rescheduled me for the day after they stopped hiring. Both of my interivews went really well, and Ann, the main person in charge of that Target wanted to hire me, but because it was after the hiring period, they couldn't. And Alyssa told me it isn't the first time that lady at the desk has done that before. So, yeah. D:

And Alyssa only has to deal with returns because she works at the customer service desk. If you just worked cashier, you wouldn't have to do that. And I don't know about socks, but I have heard various other horror stories from her about the things people return. D:
