Emergency vet visit, MFF preorders, general updates.
So, good news and bad news.
Good news is that I'm supposedly gainfully employed through the holidays, though I have not yet finished orientation/ training and I have no idea what kind of hours, if any, I'm going to get. I'm hoping it'll be just enough to get by the next couple of months. Unfortunately retail is unpredictable and my hours can and will vary week to week, ranging from 0 on up, depending on how well I do and what kind of demand the store has for additional staff.
Bad news is that my cat, Zoey, is having a problem with her teeth and gums and as a result is having trouble eating. I've got to take her to the vet soon because if it's an infection, it can make her sick. As of last night, her gums were bleeding and her teeth didn't look good. I'm hoping it's nothing more than her needing a cleaning, but even that is considered to be surgery and she'll have to be sedated for it, which means it'll be expensive.
Because of this unexpected vet bill I'm looking to take on more commissions. I'll take anything- icons, badges, model sheets, sketches, full color commissions, etc. If you'd like to get a price quote, please send your description to mitsupup AT gmail DOT com. Any commissions I get from this point on will go straight to her vet bill. I'm also open for badge preorders for MFF. I have a friend who's going and she has a guaranteed table in the dealer's room so you'll be able to pick your badge up from her. Drop me an e-mail if you'd like something.
