girl friends
I had a wonderful weekend... too short as usual. Sat went out with mom and little sister. We had Dim sum and we went to Super TJ Maxx and Marshalls to shop. I got a pair of this season's hottest straw platform sandals. I really want a pair of short shorts but couldn't find any :(
Sunday me and baby went to lunch at Ippolito's and he left for his business trip to Oklahoma. I hate it that he has so many business trips! But I know it's part of his job and he is good at what he does :) Anyways... had a couple of friends came over for a girls night... I went to bed at 4AM. I can't believe that I am not dead today.
As I am getting older I started to appreciate girl friends more and more. I used to have more male friends then female friends... (maybe b/c I went to an almost all male college). Guys are fun to be friends with... more stright forward and no mind games...but it seems like the friendship don't last as long and strong as girl friends. I am starting to doubt if there are true friendship between opposite sex. Seems like the guys either want something more in a friendship... or girls are just a back up for them to fill their empty time before they find a real girl friend. I got disappointed over and over again by these friendships... at the end... the only people are by my side are my girl friends...
