Hello World
It seems that I have found just enough time to update this neglected journal of mine.
So how is everyone? good? swell.
Things have been hectic to say the least. Sam Ash is a LOT of time. i worked a 50.5 hour week last week. I don't know how, but I did. Lucky for me my hours are gonna get scaled back a little. happy day.
I've also been running around like a mad man trying to get all my stuff together for this internship im applying for. Its for the Kennedy Center for the performing Arts in D.C.. If i get it I will be gone from May 30th to August 12th. They only accept 20 people, so my chances probably aren't that good, but we'll see what happens. I just mailed the app so that is a huge weight off my chest.
Emotionally, things have been pretty wild. I've just had an incredible amount going on both at school and in my head. Sometimes its just too much. I'm sorry.
Some friends and I have started a new group on campus. It's a chapter of MEISA(Music and Entertainment Industry Student Association). I'm so glad this is happening. We have a lot of plans and I think everything will go really well. We also want to attend the national conference in California at the end of March. I hope everyone can go, i know everyone isn't exactly rolling in the money. Thanks to that 50.5 hour week, i think i should be all set, haha.
I just want to sit down, play guiat, write some songs, and relax. We'll see how that goes.
