Seriously, ive been going to really really good shows lately. In fact, they may have been the best ones for this year, so far. SO FAR SO GOOD SO WHAT (ok, too easy! haha)
On Sunday, MEGADETH totally destroyed. very technical. I was totally fascinated by the musicians performances who totally played like GODS. I just couldnt understand how they could play that fast and that many different notes in a short lapse of time. I guess it made all the other bands i like look like fucking morons trying to play a Nirvana song for the first time with their first guitar. haha Of course, i was one of the 5 girls in a sold out Metropolis, but the metal scene surprised me with their no-attitude, no sense of particular fashion or whatsoever. Only MAIN DUDES ROCKING OUT WITH MUSIC. O.K. I must admit we laughed a great deal about long haired dudes. I beg your pardon.
I did not preferred this show to the Beastie Boys show, but goddamn it was intense!
The next day was Hot Water Music (they played that song about whiskey, MAN!), great show indeed, BUT I was able to standing in front for 3 songs, because i got soooooo sick, i had the shakes and the hot face. It pissed me off. I had to sit on a freaking chair trying to concentrate not to pass out or puke. I felt mad cracked out, just like i had the biggest amount of cocaine ever snorted. Honestly, i dont even remember feeling that bad. haha Im still a bit in that mood though. It sucks major time. Im sick, near homelessness, school isnt too good either, but i guess im doing alright (with what?), yeah just fine.
