Fucking bastards- there are people in Mexico who don't have drinking water or electricity or a decent house or even food, and the government spends the country's money in a gigantic telescope to, er, "make fundamental discoveries about the formation and evolution of galaxies, about the formation and evolution of stars, and about the origin of the universe itself". Which means they're probably expecting to catch a Martian radio programme which retransmits Stephen Hawkings' books in Mexican Spanish.
