Yuletide Reveal!
Now it can be told... I got assigned a Blue Beetle story, so I stayed right in comics fandom for Yuletide! My requester wanted something that focused on the female characters, so I wrote from La Dama's POV and focused on her relationship with Brenda a lot--although most of the supporting characters made appearances. Jaime, ironically, stayed in the background of the story and only had a couple of lines! But his family and friends got plenty of attention, and it was a lot of fun to write. Yuletide was fun! I really wish I'd been able to write something for Yuletide Madness, but I'm hoping to pick something up for a New Year's Resolution from the unfinished prompts. Does anyone know if there's a time limit on those--if I write one in August, say, is that no good? Because there are some I wouldn't mind giving a shot...
ETA: Eeee, I just got notice that my Londo/G'Kar prompt has been filled, yay! Waltzing, and it's full of humor and snark and gruff flirting (the best kind, I do believe). dizmo , amatara , and anyone else who likes the pairing should check it out! ^-^
