Oooo update - cool! That was seriously hot! I knew Bruce wouldn't like them touching Clark. Although I disagree with Clark about biting being pleasurable. At least it's only with Bruce. So they break the rules. Which is cool. Does that mean there's some bonding rules involved? Kryptonian or vampire? Combination of both? Also I guess they better not look too closely at if Bruce is soulless 'cos it has other implications about other vampires. Although there's a defence rule I guess. I'm thinking Alfred's going to be back if all Bruce wants to bite is his Kryptonian.

Do you guys watch "Smallville"? Did you know they had a vampire episode that the writers did a commentary on because they thought it the worst episode of that season (I like it when they do that). By the way I love this story as well as many others (so I'm not implying anything by it). Also a random question: are you in Japan at the moment and did you see the eclipse? When I heard about it I thought of you guys.

Probably vampire? It seems natural that if vampirism stands in for sex it'll be pleasurable with consent and love, but I'm sure that's not true in a lot of versions.

Also I guess they better not look too closely at if Bruce is soulless 'cos it has other implications about other vampires.Yes, uh...I have to admit although canonically Clark has no qualms about killing the undead, I'm not sure that makes a whole lot of sense. They're there, they're sentient, I'm not sure Kal's a good judge on "soullessness." But yeah, I cut them slack in this one because canon Clark does kill the undead, and it was self-defense. They won't be going on the road as vampire-hunters, though

I laughed a lot at that suggestion below about the mile high club. Maybe someone can write about sex pollen doing the trick sometime (not this universe). Also the "cave club" and maybe elsewhere (so it works as a distraction and a way to get them together). As a silly thought.

I know, I know. I'm so ungrateful, asking for more kinky scenes when you've already given us Bruce giving Clark his love...both ways. What can I say? You've spoiled us.

Seriously though, you write descriptions beautifully. Especially that last sex scene. You give enough descriptors and details to making it very interesting, but not too much so that it becomes clunky and inelegant.

Looking forward to the next chapter (JL's reactions?)!

Ummm...*looks shifty* Well, mid-air foreplay, definitely...

*grin* I enjoy writing sex scenes as a sheerly abstract challenge sometimes, it's very difficult to find fresh ways that don't clunk, as you say. I'm really glad it worked for you!

We get the family and some of the League's reactions next chapter, definitely! *bounces*

I'm looking forward to family and friends' reactions. I think that Dick and Alfred and Tim will be happy for our boys after the first shock, and the Kents may be wary of their boy in a relationship with a vampire, but they know how much he's feared a long life after his loved ones have gone, so I'm betting they'll be happy in the end. Some of the JLA will accept and some probably won't, or will be uneasy.

I love it! lol I could just kiss your brilliant feet. :) Bruce and Clark are great and I would so understand how hot Clark felt with all that biting thing.. hehe. I think its cool. The whole bedroom scene was beyond...well not to sound corny and all...but it was just darn beautiful.
