Exciting Things!
1. yuletide is taking nominations! My nominations of the Ian Rutledge series, the Spenser series, and Vassalord all went through, and I see a lot of fandoms I'd be happy to write for, so I'm pretty excited about that!
2. The World's Finest Gift Exchange has started taking prompts! It's a very low-stress exchange--you can submit prompts (up to 3 fic and 2 art), and around Nov. 9 the prompts become available for taking. An ebook will be made of the stories and art and published early next year, too! I always end up writing a few stories for the exchange, it's a great place both to drop off bunnies you wish someone would adopt and to look for some inspiration.
3. Oh, and for a little extra inspiration, how about a very pretty Kal and Bruce below the cut? Yum.
The first is from Superman 0--Rocafort's streamlined, handsome Kal in his Kryptonian armor, based on the story "Godfall."
The second is a nice version of Bruce from Red Hood and the Outlaws 0--the cover lists Pasqual Ferry, Ig Guara, and Brett Booth as artists but doesn't say who did which pages, so it's hard to credit!
