This was so lovely and sad! The reference to Jason made me wibble, and poor Bruce! At least he has Claaaark! <3

Thank you for this! AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! <333333333333333333

Spiritual H/C sounds like a lovely genre! I'm all for it! :D Clark is very good for that kind of thing, I think...

I'm glad you liked this and I hope you don't mind sharing a prompt with Star. :) There's a good chance, um, that another prompt of yours also inspired me...

This one is rather melancholy, isn't it? I'm such a sucker for Bruce as a person that very few people really understand... (But some do, always!)

Thanks so much! I kind of love that we share a birthday, she's like my, um...much younger twin sister on the other side of the world. :)

I shouldn't be too surprised that I worked harder on these relatively few words than on a thousand words of snarky dialogue...writing evocative descriptions has always been my weak point! But I ended up happy enough with it that I wanted to share it with Star, because that's one of her most amazing points as a writer, I think...

Oh, man, so evocative.

Spiritual h/c is the best term ever for it, I think.
