I agree! Everything but Tim has been rather perfunctory, I'm afraid. Would it hurt to show Dick and Bruce chilling a little bit? They barely get any time together at all...
The artist keeps drawing Selina really voyeuristically. For instance, he contorts her into a hugely unnatural posture during the rope swing simply to show off her ass. Also, what's with the sexy cat noises? I think it's meant to be cute, but I found it awkward and odd.
The art isn't really doing Selina any favors, no. It doesn't really match most of the writing, either. The cat sounds I'm kind of torn on. As a cat fan, I've been known to make random cat noises now and then (like, to get my husband's attention or while hugging), so I can't really get too annoyed, but it does seem odd, I agree.

Now I totally need a fic where Bruce and Clark are trapped in the Phantom Zone together. I didn't realize how much I needed one until I read this line. OMG.
And that whole last page! THAT WHOLE LAST PAGE! (Apparently, male-bonding with Clark DOESN'T make Bruce uncomfortable.)
And of course, the Red Robin scans are just WIN WINWINNNN. I loves them!

I know bradygirl_12 has a Smallville-based story where they're trapped there together! But hmmm, I have to admit a comics-based story would be interesting as well. There are a lot of different takes on the Phantom Zone, and it would be fun to pick and choose the angstiest possibilities, lol...
Red Robin was also so much win! I hadn't really realized I had a theme going on here, but both sets of scans are all about male bonding, and with Bruce, no less! Awesome stuff...

FFFFF--! Oh man, thank you for the heads up! And the fact that its Smallville-verse makes me gleeful. Of all the different versions of the phantom zone, I'm most familiar with Smallville's angsty Desert Of Despair. Though, yes, I agree, a comic-based one would be awesome, too!
