I just want to say, before I start reading the first part, that when I saw this posted earlier I thought, eh, 1/37? And it's Bruce/Clark, which isn't my favorite (I don't dislike them, just....not my favorite), so I was going to give the story a miss at least until it was mostly done and someone had told me it was good.

Somehow I didn't notice you were the author until just now. I changed my mind when I saw that. ^___^

*grin* Thanks for being willing to give it a try! I haven't written anything long in quite a while, so it's kind of a thrill to post something new that's in-depth and covers a lot of time (fifteen years! I don't think I've ever run a story over so long, actually...)

Hi! I don't know if you remember me- I used to be quirky_circe before. I've been slowly dipping a toe in DC fandom again, so imagine my joy when I saw one of my favourite authors had a new series- and with a premise that makes me clap my hands in unmitigated glee.

Unfortunately, grad school leaves me with very little time for fandom, so I don't know whether I'll be able to leave the kind of long, detailed reviews I used to- but I'm still reading (and loving) your work!

Of course I remember you, Tam! I eye your Numbers fics with sadness and wish I had time to get into the canon, because I love your writing so much. (I still remember that one with Lois spying on Bruce and Superman VERY VERY VIVIDLY, lol). I'm thrilled to hear you'll be reading this when grad school lets you (and I certainly understand about grad school not always letting you!) Thanks for letting me know!
