The song is from Konjiki no Gash Bell which everyone must watch for the crack. And the song and dance is by Forugore whom I haven't had the (mis)fortune of seeing, as I'm behind on Gash Bell. He's voiced by Takahashi Hiroki. Much much better than Eiji's songs. XDD
