My Dad's Xmas Gift
So the year before last, or maybe two ago, I got my dad some Wally World moose-head glasses for Xmas, from National Lampoon's Xmas Vacation. acid_poptart posted a link to them and I totally snapped some up, and my Father was absurdly touched.
He even busted out the Dom Perignon that he'd bought at the flea market for 8 dollars from some Haitian guy, and we drank Dom out of plastic mooseheads at Xmas dinner. Unfortunately, it tasted of fizzy ass.
This year, I found The Ultimate Gift for my Dad--through corpgoth, hilariously enough.
It's made by Dan Akroyd.
It's in celebration of the 13 crystal skulls believed to be extraterrestrial in Origin (but carbon-dated to the 19th century--sorry to be a buzzkill).
And best of all, it's booze.

Unfortunately I can't seem to find a picture of the AWESOME bottle online. Just go to the site, but if you're at work, turn down the sound. There's a fun little infomercial starring Mr. Akroyd, touching on the occult interest in the crystal skulls, his belief in extraterrestrial and extradimensional life, and the various groups that contributed to the bottle's AWESOME design. Also, the vodka is brewed in Newfoundland.
Now, if Matthew McConaghey had his own brand of craft projects, I'd know exactly what to get my Mom.
