Nothing of Importance.
Hey all.
I'm just chilling here in the computer lab, wishing that my yahoo mail would open up. I don't know what it is about campus computers, but it takes forever and a day to get into yahoo mail. Of course this just adds to the fact that my computer wasn't connecting (I have cable internet.) this morning for some reason. So, I didn't get to check my email then and I'm having no luck at checking my email now. And truth be told, it's making me mad. I'm one of those people who need to constantly check their email.
If I had my phone with me, I'd check it on that. But I forgot it, and my notebook and book for Cinematic Review, this morning in my rush to get out the door in time. *Sighs* This is just turning out to be one of those days.
No another note. It's taking longer than I expected to revise chapters 1 and 2 of Crossroads of Life. But I already think it's going to be a lot better this time around. *Waves to kuriadalmatia* Hopefully, I'll finish revamping by tonight. Don't hold your breath though.
Speaking of fanfic, I don't think I mentioned that I submitted a proposal to Marvel Anthology for Ultimate X-Men and it was approved! So, I'll now be writing an Ultimate X-Men story line for them. I have a lot of ideas in mind, but very little actually down on paper.

Sorry, about that. Now back to fanfic. So, this is my tentative writing schedule for the next couple of months.
1) Finish revising chapters 1 and 2 of Crossroads.
2) Issue #1 of Ultimate X-Men: Beginnings. (Yeah, I know, really original title.)
3) Finish Crossroads.
4) Issue #2 of Ultimate X-Men: Beginnings.
5) Taken, a Lex/Clark Smallville AU. (I've had this idea on the back burner for a while, but Shattered and Asylum have really got me thinking about it.)
6) Issue #3 of Ultimate X-Men: Beginnings.
7) The sequel to Crossroads, which I've started but can't remember the title to.
8) Issue #4 of Ultimate X-Men: Beginnings.
9) Revise and finish A Chlex Story
There it is! That is what I plan to write, and the order in which I plan to write it. And knowing me, it'll be around this time next year before I get half way done! Haha!
But I'm really excited about all of it. And if I keep to the schedule, it should help to clean up my fire hazard of a back burner. (I really want an icon for that. It should be a picture of a big stove with a bunch of pots, all boiling over. Anyone interested? *g*) Plus, I can incorporate some of my previous Ultimate X-Men ideas into this new story line. Which will be like killing two birds with one stone! Yay!
