Well I have absolutely NO clue about layouts, but if you had like dimensions and ideas I could make a banner. I just got fancy new photoshop :D

to make the title stand out just put a shape behind it. then you can make the box transparent or whatever

That size should work, but if it doesn't, I can fix it :) That's pretty standard size for a banner, i believe...
