Despite my pretty steadfast refusal to watch extensive 9/11 footage, I watched this. It was not filmed with the intent to be sold, it contains real reactions. It is not as difficult to watch as some of the other footage which I refuse to see.
I believe it was finally released by the family for any number of reasons, mostly selfish I'm certain, but it's pretty clear that it was not filmed to be so. It's astonishing how quickly power was restored to this family's apartment after the first building collapsed. It is also the most stunning footage of the second tower's collapse that I have ever seen.
Just thought, in perusing my friendslist, that there were some out there that might want to get this perspective.
I'll try to be a bit more chipper later. =)
