bohemian escape
recap: i had a nice debauched weekend. i was hopped up for most of it, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was a-fucking-mazing. I heart Johnny Depp. So much. He was so inhuman. Creepy. Plus.. the Oompa Loompa's were really fucking creepy. Eep! I also saw Land of the Dead... which was also awesome. Canada is offically a zombie-free nation. There was so much class conciousness in that movie. it was sweet... and so was sneaking in gin and an extreme cake. ann... we are awesome :)
musings and meditations: im slowly growing more obessed with the 1920's. I already own many pairs of gloves.. and listen to jazz. now i've aquired a taste for gin. i must buy one of those cigarette holders... and grow my hair out into a bob and get fingerwaves. i'm going to be such a femme fatale. w00t.
caffiene intake: 4 coffees, 2 earl grey tea. / NC: 2 jasmine teas
plans: survive the work week... have an awesome weekend (i'm looking at you ann!).
- long weekend --> Nicole... i was thinking.. its pretty damn hot. not too happy for hiking. perhaps instead we can wander up to peterborough and "camp" in my empty non-electricitied apartment? And if the weather is nice there's plenty of places to go for day hikes in the area. We'd still need sleeping bags and a camping stove ^___^ we'll figure something out.
- Bell City Chase: slowly approaching. we're officially registered niki! it's gonna be wacky!
- Burning Man: not happening this year. next year. for sure.
- ASMZ: tickets are bought. i am soooooooooooooooo psyched. ZOMFG!11
- Sigur Ros: same as above.
- going to start searching for work in ptbo soon... since i'm definately living there once my job term is over.
- Montreal/East Coast Caper: sketchy plans. sometime in september i believe
- Wonderland: on last day week day before it closes. teehee.
