The Sims 3: WAIT, YOU'RE STILL DOING THIS?

Er, hi! I have a bit of a backlog of Sims 3 screenshots (from... November and December of last year, ahahah...), so I decided to post them before moving on to Wild Target. And since I've been playing the game some more (after the always gruelling patching-and-updating-mods experience), I decided to go ahead and post new screenshots as well. So let's get to it! Beforehand, though, you may want to have a look at what happened last time; I just noticed that some of that is related to recent happenings and I had totally forgotten.
NOVEMBER
... Okay, I had this month nearly done before I closed the tab and I refuse to type it all up again. It wasn't all that interesting anyway, so have a summary:
DECEMBER
First! I decided to see what Manziska and Bratziska would look like, for no good reason!
... Surprisingly handsome.
Surprisingly... apathetic. Anyway, onto the game proper!
While Franziska is out investigating for my characters...
ADRIAN IS TERRIFYINGLY HAPPY
"OH GOD WOMAN JUST TAKE OUR MONEY AND STOP LOOKING AT US LIKE THAT"
Man, Franzy wants to live the good life.
... I'm just going to assume this was essential to the investigation and... not ask any questions.
And then Franziska was a hacker. I wonder if we'll get to see her ENHANCING images at some point?
Ah, er, right. At some point before I took those screenshots, I made a Sim of Dee Vasquez and placed her in Shelly's house. Just to see if he stopped being so pathetically lonely. Then I went off and played with the lesbians. Afterwards, when I decided to check out how things were going with Shelly and Dee...
There was someone else in his house. Living there. She got his police car.
SHE GOT HIS MUSIC BOX.
I can only guess that Dee Vasquez made him move in to an apartment with her instead of staying in his old pink house. I'm honestly not sure what to say about that.
So, uh, here she is. Appearance-wise, I did the best I could...
... Her traits were mostly asspulls, though. I didn't know what to do, seriously. ;; If you'd like to help, have a list. Tell me what traits to give her!
Anyway, here's how Shelly's career was doing at the time. He'll be a spy some day... some day.
... But really, the best part of this career level is how it makes Shelly look like a young Axe Cop.
Ah, this moodlet comes from the Snob trait, I believe, so we might want to keep that one.

And then I noticed something beautiful.
Shelly and Dee didn't just move into any old apartment.
No, they moved into one right next to Matt and Juan's. Take that as you will.
And following that cue, let's see how these two are doing.
You see... while Juan is slightly ahead of Matt career-wise, the former hasn't reached celebrity status yet, unlike the latter.
Juan is a better professional, but Matt gets more love.
And that is terribly depressing.
But hey, he got promoted!

... And then I was bored and I wanted to make more Sims to play with. So I made a young!Shelly, because why the hell not?
... A-And then I wanted to make someone else to live with him, but I had no idea who sfsgdfh HELP ME WHAT SHOULD I DO
He's living with Matt and Juan for now, because NOTHING CAN GO WRONG WITH THAT IDEA.
And he was actually sort of getting along with Juan!
Then he went to the graveyard. In which there is a bar for some ungodly reason.
And, uh, spooky shit happened?
Finally, he broke the shower. Way to go!
And to close this up... Juan had been playing the guitar right in front of Matt while he slept for the past in-game hour. Matt arbitrarily chose to wake up and complain then.
And that is the story of how Juan got to sleep comfortably that night. One point for Corrida, bitches.
