Monkey gone to heaven (??)
It's me again.
Im working overtime this week. It sucks. But it will allow me to take the day off next friday, to start my 2 week holiday with a long weekend. yay.
I got a pile of CDs from online ppl. One was a near complete collection of The Pixies. I had to say that was rather different than what I expected! Pretty good stuff tho, and some catchy songs. Should play it for the gf, that ought to wake her up :/ we've been working awkward schedules for a while so we don't get together as much as I'd like to. But in the holidays, we shall. So I look forward to that.
Also got the latest Ozzy album. Which is pretty good. But of course not up to the lofty standards of his 80s stuff. Those days are long gone. I don't really like Zakk Wylde's guitar playing that much :/
Anyway, gotta get dinner done. Another night of spaghetti :I
