Energy Moves from Hot to Cool

Today was a good day, except I am starting to feel sick again. Psychologically I feel so much better, it is almost as if al lot of what has transpired over the past few weeks was a really bad dream. I can't imagine myself doing, saying so many of the things i did.
Today in environmental geography we learned that energy always moves from hot to cold and I am infatuated with this seemingly simple concept.
