Lets' get with the real updating!
So, life has been handing me lots of lemons recently. Fine, juicy, and sweet lemons. So, I've been making with the lemonaide. Oh yes, I have been.
-I just finished my second year at Purdue. Grade wise I did kind of poorly first semester, but second semester I think I kicked butt (my grades aren't back yet). I'm not going back to Purdue in the fall, but instead I am staying in indy and going to IUPUI (not that I haven't made that clear). I'll be a forensic science major and all, so it should be all gravy baby.
-I've been working at the clinic since I got home. Yay money! But, I do need a second job. I applied at a few places, but Sunflower is the only place that called me back. I also had an interview with the manager on wednesday, but he is on vacation now, and I won't know until monday if I got the job.
-Apartment stuff is crazy. Jordan, Missy and I have been getting things together, planning, packing, and daydreaming. It's just all so exciting right now. My mom and dad have given us alot of stuff, and they even are paying for the uhaul we are going to use. We have all of the furniture we are going to need (leather couch, dining room table, bedroom furniture, etc.). Well, except for the television stand. I need to figure out how I am going to paint my room. I am thinking a color scheme involving pale to bright green's, blue's and purple's. I also want to do something like have a wall that my friends can sign, or somthing like that. I guess what I really want is for someone to walk into my room, and just know it is mine. After two years of having a plain white bedroom (that also acts as the rest of my living quarters, which I share with one to two other girls), having my own personality in the form of a room sounds heavenly. I'm also excited about having my artsy friends help me. lol. I would really appreciate any input that people give me.
-I've been hanging out alot. Spending more money than I have. But, I asked for a loan from Salle Mae which should help me out. I'm hoping that I get that before I move.
-Jon and I decided to just be freinds, I think. He said it in a third person type of way, and it was short and sweet. Then again, he also did say that it seems as though every time we both like each other at the same time, something gets in the way. This time it just involves him moving to another side of the country. Ho hum. I'm not really all that upset though; shit happens.
-I'm going to Hanover tonight with Desi. It's the yearly cross dressing party. I get to see David and Cerissa, and also hang out with my Wifey! I'm so exited!
