I'd like to wish all of you a Merry Christmas, however you say it. Enjoy the festive time with your family, pets, friends, whomever, and spend it with whatever makes you happiest and most content. I, Santa Mif, brought you a little present - not particularly christmassy or wintery, but classy and unitary and useful for your University neighborhood: Five shell buildings from TS3 'University Life' as decorative buy objects.
I didn't make a screenshot of each of the buildings, since they are fairly similar in their appearance, so you'll have to make do with a picture of the "Thomas School Of Art" and with the usual object descriptions and high polycount warnings:
Busche School of Science - Miscellaneous - Miscellaneous - 0 Simoleons - Faces: 19348, Vertices: 30730
Nichols School of Business - Miscellaneous - Miscellaneous - 0 Simoleons - Faces: 15582, Vertices: 25299
St. John Administration Center - Miscellaneous - Miscellaneous - 0 Simoleons - Faces: 15354, Vertices: 24905
Student Union - Miscellaneous - Miscellaneous - 0 Simoleons - Faces: 13836, Vertices: 22216
Thomas School Of Art - Miscellaneous - Miscellaneous - 0 Simoleons - Faces: 13962, Vertices: 22475
All the edifices have a built-in door, except for the "Student Union", for which I made a decorative door like I did for my Metropolitan buildings. You'll have to use the "snapObjectsToGrid false"cheat to place it into the door frame.

On closer consideration, I could just have grouped the door to the mesh of the building in Milkshape, making it another subset ... %@*OY*#%!!!@% ...., but that would have been much too easy .... and we wouldn't have this fabulous fake door, right? Right?!
Credits and thanks: EA for the meshes, SimPE, CEP, MilkShape, TSRW, Gimp
