My hands smell like bread dough, and that makes me happy :3 I can't stop smelling them. I'm sure I look very odd to strangers.
I'm currently in the process of making pita bread, much like what we make at Daphne's. Difference is, the stuff at Daphne's is sent to us frozen and we just heat it up, whereas this stuff will be homemade and will hopefully be lots yummier as a result. And given that the pita bread from Daphne's is yummy to begin with...
that's right. SUPER PITA BREAD.
But I am currently in the process of waiting for it to rise. Silly yeast, taking at least an hour and a half to do something simple like make bread rise. Psh.
In case you couldn't tell, I'm in a happy and somewhat silly mood. Life is good. Good classes, good (or at least relatively decent) job, good family, good friends, good boyfriend. Yayyyyyyyy I am filled with lurve <3 <3 <3 (and if anyone makes any jokes like, "what? how are you filled with a museum in France?" they will face the wrath of death by pita bread.)
