(no subject)
So last night the "Punk't" fashion show at the drink went off without a hitch, besides the fact that the punk band for intermission didn't show up until 15 minutes before the show was supposed to start. Apparently their van caught on fire on the highway, but they showed up anyway..that was very punk rock of them. All the designers stayed in the VIP room upstairs which when we got there was cold and smelled unmistakably like sex. *eewww*
The dress rehearsals sucked....we had to do about 4 of them, and the manager of the show decided to change the way the models were walking about 10 minutes before showtime.
I put in 9 outfits(22 separates) and I had the biggest set, so that made me happy. I worked my ass off and it looked amazing in the end....so it was all worth it.
I was 9th in the first line up and when my set began everyone started to scream and that was so amazing. I got the biggest adrenaline rush backstage. I made all my models do something naughty at the end of the runway...some of them actually followed through...and some didnt :(.
Then I came out and took a bow and there was more screaming, it was great.
After the show I got flowers from my parents and a whole lotta compliments from hip old ladies and my friends families.
I cant wait to do another one. I will have photos up soon of the outfits.
