New job for Cin?
I shouldn't get my hopes up yet,
but....
I may be offered an opportunity to actually work rotating shifts 7am - 3pm or 10am - 6pm shortly!
My boss quietly had a word in my ear today about one of the fault analysts doing a 4 month secondment on a project. Which means, her job may become available to me for the 4 month period! *Squee* (She does the job I want) It's basically focusing on solving customer problems directly - except not having to deal with customers. Excited much??? 1st level engineer!!!!!!!! It means a paycut (I'll lose my roster loading), but hey. I will certainly get a good idea of whether I like the job after 4 months!! And I still get my job back in FMT afterwards. :-)
Sounds great to me. The chance at a normal life too - even if only for 4 months. Weekeneds, public holidays. BRING IT ON!!
Now my boss just has to find a replacement for my job. *meep* Not so easy..
We shall see I guess...
Must be time for a change. I got offered the job with Crown Castle again too. LOL
