So yeah... Wednesday...
Ugh, as some of you know, Wednesday was a crazy day at work. Those that don't know... now you do.
So yeah, that's what that strange post was about. I needed to vent! I was so frustrated at their back and forth craziness that took a turn into paranoia-land and I wasn't able to really say what I felt at work.
So there's a co-worker here who's causing a great deal of chaos and disharmony with everyone in the office. To this person's benefit, the big bosses were in a closed meeting on the other end of the office while she wreaked havoc on everyone.
I wanted to record the entire event, just in case. But the event left me so drained and fed up that I just wanted to go home, relax and just not think about it.
So now it's Friday. Yesterday was quiet. They've been staying in their office with the door closed the whole time. Thank goodness! The rest of the office is breathing a sigh of relief.
Why hasn't management done anything yet? To be honest, I'm not sure. I can't imaging employing a person who picks fights and argues with every individual they have regular contact with. Perhaps their days are numbered?
They took things way too far with me on Wednesday. I was shocked and astounded at their incredibly unprofessional behavior that was attempting to fall short of a fist fight. I know upper management is well aware of the problems. I was asked to hang on and not worry, that things will be better in a short time by my boss' boss. I was given additional information that seems to my benefit. It was a bit comforting to hear.
We had a board meeting last night for OCLC. I explained to them since one member of the board is my HPS, another is her HPS and the third is a HPS of a coven that is a member of the covenstead (a collection of covens from the same tradition) as us. So really, it was like talking with family. WOW, the suggestions came out flying. Some legal, some Craft.
I'm just looking forward to the weekend.
