You guys. This is how easy it is to cosplay L in Death Note.
Feet are just ugly things to look at in general. And I had a ridiculously hard time taking a pic that didn't crop part of me off. My battery died before I could, and uh...not staying in smelly fishing garb just for fake photo shoots for series I don't even read or watch.
I think that creepy L expression turned out better here than any of the other pics. Which turned out like crap.
I'm going to have to rewatch this ep. Wasn't feeling it quite as much, but I was like that with "Coming to Terms" and I ended up enjoying it much more the second time around. I'll probably edit this after I watch it again, because I'm sure I missed stuff here and there. And under the skirt of the girl, KYAA!
The writers are doing a much better job fleshing out the supporting cast. We got a little glimpse of Gladys's character. The poor lady. We don't get to see much of her life outside of the DMV, but what we have is pretty sad. Her house is full of kitschy angel trinkets, so she probably misses her time as an angel in heaven. Her neighbors think she's a kook, and she's lonely enough in life to let a womanizing demon free for some love and attention. Gah, and Sock saying he'd care more about a TV Guide mag than Gladys -- even though she didn't die it was still sad. Little nitpick, though. Didn't Steve say he played racquetball with Gladys? Tony didn't seem to recognize her supposed corpse at all. Unless Steve and Tony kept their sets of friends and acquaintances really exclusive, I would think Tony would've known that was her.
The way this show makes me hate on Andi makes me feel like some horrible misogynist. She's been in on Sam's secret for two eps., and she's bossing Sam and Tony around like she's in charge. She grated my nerves in this ep. Plus, she still hasn't done much productive on their bounty hunts. I know, two eps. isn't much to hold her to, but she's such an important part of the overall story that I thought she'd be more involved sooner.
Ben. I love you, but you're such a fool. I knew that so-called bribe smelled fishy. Sara was just horrible to him throughout their whole marriage, but at least she was entertaining doing it. Oh, oh man. Sock making Ben take naked pics at work, drunk Ben gyrating at Sock, and half naked in drunken stupor Ben hugging up on Sock. This ep. was flaming with Sock/Ben slash lol. Still, seems like in Ben's case nice guys do finish last. Down $2000 and stuck in the slammer for eight days. Sucks to be him.
Man, the last three eps. have made me so hot for Ben. I'm kind of embarrassed.
I uh, actually missed a lot of the escaped soul plot. Was over a friend's house when I watched it, and I had to keep the volume down so he and another friend could work on some stuff.
Did...anyone else see Sam being the Devil's son coming? I guess lurking at TWoP spoiled me plenty because when Tony made the big reveal I just said, "Oh." And then I followed with, "Oh feck." I'll have to go with anonymous here. As theorized as Sam's satanic parentage has been, it felt like a really predictable move to me. Then again, I can't come up with any other reason the Devil would dote on Sam so much, so I'm in no place to complain. It'll be something to see that plot development play out in the season -- YAY SEASON and not series -- finale.
