Did you know the Fire Nation is the Avatarverse's Philippines?
On a whim I searched for Metrocon 07 cosplay pics because I was musing about which characters I'd consider cosplaying -- Roya? Michiru? Sacchan? SexyBack!Otogi? Every freaking incarnation of Katara and Mai the series decides to put out because I am their cosplay whores? -- and I was very disheartened that this was the only pic of me I could find, taken on Saturday. Actually, Sis, Krystal who I just met at the con, and me. And yes, we're all Filipina, hence the subject line.

We were hot walking around everywhere together. Considering we had the trio, how could we not. It was fun to walk around as a set. Every cosplay I've ever done -- which is like...four, ha ha -- I've gone around alone because none of my friends and I were cosplaying from the same series.
I also went as Katara and Shippuuden!Tenten Friday and Sunday. I know people took pics, but they're nowhere to be found. I bet people took them, then when they were about to upload them they realized, "Feh, this Katara/Tenten's ugly. I'm just going to delete them." Or something. XD Katara I've cosplayed a number of times already and have pics for, but if I ever came across ones other people took I'd be all for them. Tenten, however, I was dumb and didn't get any pictures of me in, which surprises me because it was the first costume I put together on my one which probably means it looks like crap O.O;;, so not being able to find any makes me sad inside. Ah well, I still have the outfit. Just have to remember to take some pics in it next time.
