It's amazing how light and happy you feel when you've finally finished an assignment you've been dreading to no end. It's like...it gives you wings. And yes, I totally ripped that off of those Red Bull commercials. I swear, the way they advertise that stuff makes it look like an illicit drug or something. And it supposedly tastes like rat pee, too. Heh.
So yeah, I'm feeling pretty good now that I've got that horrid second J-1 story out of the way. It probably sucks, though, and I'll probably get a so-so crap grade on it, but mehh. Whatever. I could care less. I'm just glad I don't have to worry about doing that beeyatch anymore, believe it.
Tonight my Elect Com class is acting out our That 70's Show episode, whoot. For our final project our professor put us in groups and made us write the second half of an episode of the sitcom we watched in class. Cool project, ne?
My group's the third to go, and the first two already went, and...peh, our script is so much better than theirs. The first group was blah and the second so-so. Can't say anything about the last group, but I know ours is funny. I can feel the funny in it. (<-- And wow, that was some crack pot sentence right there X.x;;) It killed me how little effort the previous groups put into their presentations, though. No costumes (they only had name tags to distinguish who's which character), minimal props, and half-hearted acting. It burned. I couldn't watch their whole things without cringing even a tad bit. And here my group is, costumes, props coming out of our butts, and dang, are we having a blast acting this baby out. Plus...I don't think you can beat a group whose constructing an actual stage out of tables. Yeah, we rock. And I'm an awesome Fez, or so my group members claim. Whee.
