My commencement, part I

Wow, so Sis and I watched the Scrubs series finale a couple hours ago. I feel like part of my teenhood has just died. For the hour or so after watching it, I was feeling really sad. Like that "Where is my life going now?" kind of sadness. Yeah, I know, I'm a lamer.

So. I am officially old now. By old, I mean a college graduate, hahh. Ended up graduating Cum Laude, which is nice except I still think I could've done better if I didn't slack off so much during my college career. Ah well, least that part of my life's done and over with, which is a big ol' weight off my shoulders.

Although, I find it kind of disturbing that the older you get, the more obnoxious your graduation ceremonies are. People were hollering and blowing noisemakers whenever a speaker mentioned our class graduating or someone they knew was called to stage. Some of the grads even threw their caps, and one cap hit a grad student near the head. Annoyed and angry aren't emotions you should be feeling on your graduation ceremony, but at some points people were seriously acting up. I can understand being excited and all, but I don't know. There was a lot of disrespectful behavior going around. It's something to think that middle school was my most dignified graduation to date. Then again, I went to a private Catholic school.

Besides that, though, it was a fun occasion. Family had Fresh Harvest for lunch, party later that night. A lot of people came, and everyone seemed to have a good time.

That's that. Now I'll have to start looking for entry-level jobs and/or internships. Joy...

college, scrubs, graduation, feck i need internships
