Snatches of a dream:
Overlooking a border. Fighting off invaders. An enemy recognised as a former friend, with a plume on his head. A navigation system gone mad. Easily fixed, but symptomatic of a larger disorder. A ride on a Chi’Lin, as tall as my knee. First together with the supervisor, then on a separate Chi’Lin. My body knows what my mind forgot. Jumping off before we reached the end of the docking bay. An old station, worn with age.
Mid-morning dreams can be weird.
