i'm sad.
dan and i were driving down route 6 and we came across a big deer that had obviously just been hit. it was still steaming from the heat of its body. poor thing... it was such a beautiful creature. i, of course, couldn't deal with it being left in the middle of such a busy road so dan and i turned around. i was going to help him just pull it off the road but when i got out of the van and saw it i just couldn't bring myself to touch it. dan pulled the deer into the woods where it can rest.
i'm a sad mindy.
