another fear bites the dust
*bows* overcame a fear of mine yesterday. swimming in deep water that i cannot see the bottom.
A: i am not the best swimmer...so i dont like to swim in water that is above my head
B: i like to see the bottom
C: i am a scared ninny
I jumped into the lake in 13 foot of water and swam around with a life vest on. yeah yeah, but hey, remember. not a good swimmer. i trusted my boyfriend that nothing bad would happen. and there were two other good swimmers there also. we took the boat out and fished till we got hot then swam.
i think it meant a lot to him that i didnt freak and whine. that i trusted him and got in.
