Hands Indi a knife for much stabbiness. I sure hope they get it to you quick cuz that's just really bad. When you are back on line, can you tell me which Dell you got? We got one too and I'm a bit worried.
Bingo! Someone give the man a cigar. And it's still under warranty, so this is all free.
With any luck this one will hold out until the replacement arrives, so that I can check online and be sure whatever-the-hell the new one is does not come from the same stock. (I've backed everything up already.)
And if it *is* -- which, you know my luck -- well. I'll wear them down.

I've never had a HD problem before this -- guess I was overdue for it.
