The newscasters are all excited because we've had 11 days of rain and this is breaking some kind of record. They are going on record to announce all 11 days of rain, which is sort of pointless. Unless you live in a windowless room in the center of a bunker with backup power generators for when the lightning strikes, you really can't not notice.

Coincidentally, I have been groggy and brainless for 11 days. Guhhhhh. Stupid low pressure. Stupid sinuses.
