Help, please?

I want to be just like the others creative and have a friends only banner made up. What I would like is this and that picture on the top corners, this and that picture on the bottom corners, and in the middle, "Friends Only" in the St. Anger font, black background, white font. And of course, I do want the background and text of each of those pics chopped off or erased off, if possible...
