Osama, coyotes.
So everyone knows Osama is dead. I think everyone does not know that he isn't the only terrorist in the world. I hear people saying things like, "It's finally over," celebrating and guessing when we will all be able to wear shoes while going through airport security once again. As for me, I live walking distance from O'Hare airport. My husband and I use Chicago's public transit system regularly. He works right next to the Willis, formerly Sears, Tower. In other words, we are surrounded by high-priority terror targets. In other words, I feel like making any kind of big deal about this will feel like inviting destruction...so I won't.
Unrelated: today I told somebody, "If you like coyotes, you're in for a treat! My new story is chock full of coyotes."
