It's not much of a tail, but...

(I'm sorta attached to it.)

Locke broke the DVD player. Well, it still works occasionally, but it usually makes a terrible, loud, grinding sound. And this is just with the power on, not even trying to play it. He's making more attempts to talk. He says random things like "Mooo," "Howdy," and "I love the opera." You know, stuff he hears on Baby Einstein and The Wiggles. Maybe he won't need speech therapy after all. Oh, and he figured out how to open doors, so we're in a world of hurt until we get paid and buy those safety door handle covers.

Jhonen it quickly sprouting teeth. He's already got four and he's working on at least two more that I can immediately tell. He's sleeping through the night more often.

I'm working out regularly--mostly building muscle, since it's only been about three weeks since I started, so I won't start seeing weight loss for at least another week.

Well, CJ has me hooked on Guitar Hero II. I never even gave the first one a shot because I'm a piano person, not a guitar person. It's a lot more fun than I was expecting, but I'm running into difficulties that I had anticipated--natural differences between guitar and piano. Well, I must practice if I'm to reach the level of bad-assery which my husband has already reached.

Speaking of husband, he just started class today. Time to see what the Real Grown-Up Air Force is like!
