So, I managed to get most of my textbooks. I didn't pick up one of them cause in reality I wont use it, course Fin might get a bit mad at me. It's the answer key to my stats book. I can always pick it up later. One of my text books I'm holding off on cause I have it out from the library right now and if I don't have to spend another $150 for a book right now, I'm ok with that. The other required text is one back order. I even checked the bookstore at the U of A to see if they have it, and found nothing.
As for my classes, I have 4 and all 4 are going to be heaving work loads. Fin or Lakira, I may need to borrow you guys for study on one of them..... it's not totally up your alley, but I figure you guys will understand it better than anyone else. Biopsychology. We get to disect a Sheep's brain in about a month and a half. I should have guessed that it was going to be an anatomy class, but hey. I'm game, and it sounds like it could be a lot of fun.
My stats instructor got a bit esaier to understand today, so I think I should be able to manage, but right now it's a lot of review of stuff from last year, so I'm kinda bored. Not saying that I'm not paying attention, cause I am, but it's all the basic stuff like quantitative and qualitative values and the like. First assignment should be pretty easy. Speaking of Stats, Fin, I figure either friday evenings or monday evenings are good. My schedule is clearish those days. Give me a call tonight after 8 on my cell and we can nail it down. (717-5027)
My Comparative Lit class is going to be good. Lots of cool looking stories and the instructor looks to be a decent guy. Older, Iraqy, and funny. His accent is really light, and he's been teaching this class for 10 years. Should be good.
I think that's about all I have right now. Nothing to new on the home front. Will try to be out next thursday, but it all depends on school work. I do have a quiz on friday, but I have been reading the textbook already, and have the sutdy guide/coloring book for the class.
Yes, I have a coloring book! For my Biopsyc class. Anatomy that I can color and learn from! Yay!
