Chris and Amanda moved out and now Greg and I have the place to ourselves. <3 So I've been moving/rearranging furniture and cleaning.
I got rats in March. :P They're two black sisters, Onyxia and Nefarian. Wish I could upload some pictures. I put them in their rolly ball and Shylo lays there staring at them. Neffles is definitely the dominant one and I need to get them more cage space some time since they're growing.
I got a new job at Safeway working in the bakery. They can't seem to tell me a damn schedule though, so until they figure that one out... Also, the only person I deeply dislike where I work is the person who trained me. Awesome. >.< Also, I get no extra discounts. WTF is up with that? :( Bitches.
Greg is in Olympia right now. He's applying to the Washington State Patrol and he passed his written exam on the first try about two weeks ago. Now he's on the west side taking his oral examination today. If he gets into the patrol, we'll be moving to the Olympia area. It's weird to think about that, and scary as well. Learning a whole new, big place and everything. Don't know if my parents are too thrilled with that either. :P
I'm thinking about adopting another dog. Shylo is missing Thor terribly and I want her to have a companion. I really wanted to get Greg an english bulldog for his birthday, but the more I look into it, the more I think that's not going to be an option. I think it's sad that people breed dogs and try to sell them for thousands of dollars like they're a commodity; heard of pet overpopulation much? I'd never be able to do that to another living creature. Anyway, I think Greg is iffy on the idea, but oh well. <3 I is woman, hear me bitch and get mah way!
