(no subject)
Well, money's tight lately. I didn't expect Shylo's distemper shot to cost me 30$. >.< I had to pay for gas for Greg's dad's truck to make it back to Endicott, then a few groceries so we could actually eat. I have an Adelphia bill to pay that's 80$, and I'm praying that Chris will pay the electricity bill, which should be smaller. 175$ on rent due on the first of the month, which I'm hoping Greg and Chris can pay their share of. Greg's friend Jessica is getting married, but all the way in Helena, Montana, so I don't know where we're going to get the money to get over there, adding to the fact that I would probably have to buy something nice to wear to the wedding anyway. After all the bills and everything are settled on my end, I'll have 138$, but I can't even spend that on myself since I have to save it in case the bills for August are tight while Greg is gone at field training.
I wish my job paid more than 5.55$ an hour; I feel I deserve more than that. I mean, in all honesty, I'm working harder than any fuckhead at a stupid desk job. *le sigh* At least I got some booze this weekend, but only seven drinks.
Scott's thinking of moving over to Seattle to get a 13$/hr job, so Angie might move over next to us or something, which would make me happy; we don't get to see nearly enough of her.
Greg's been helping his dad fix up their old house to sell, and it's supposed to go on the market at the end of the week, so he's gone for six hours today, which leaves me to fiddle around the house and basically do nothing. *glances at the massive pile of ucky dishes in the sink*
MY DOG IS FINALLY POTTY TRAINED. At least, I think so. No mess in the house for a while now. Bliss. X3
