Broken Papa
My boss was broken today....
Some idiot left a BLACK pallet in a place that it shouldn't have been.
I have not seen a black pallet, and was rather surprised by this.
Either way, it blended in with the dark shadows, as my boss was going around -turning all the lights on - he tripped and fell.
He broke his shoulder joint.
They may have to do surgery.
I made some signs, reminding people about putting things away, but I guess I should have done a spanish version too.
The worst thing about it all is, he is going to be out for a while.
The Palm area turns into a freakin' zoo when he is not there.
Damnit. I guess I will have to be mean, and make everyone else work.
I worry about Val, and I tried to make him smile with witty comments, but I really want to kick the living shit out of who ever left that pallet there.
Basically, I want to remind everyone - always assume you work with idiots.
Keep your work areas clean, and if you see someone doing something unsafe - tell them what the outcome could be.
If all else fails, them beat them.
