ESPECIALLY HAP. I'm on the phone with them AGAIN. DO SOMETHING USEFUL YOU BRAINLESS CUNTS!!! Make a note, change whatever it is you need to change, but stop denying claims because I used to work one place, I now work somewhere else (and have since FUCKING MAY) and you just can't figure out why I have two insurance policies even though I've told you, called you, faxed you, and sat on hold for little eternities several fucking times since May. FUCKING THIEVING RATS OF MODERN LIFE. Is this the gain of people washing their hands and not pouring their piss buckets out their windows? HAP, you've taken the spot of one of the most dreaded non-fatal experience of modern life. Don't get sick! We'll be able to keep you alive but your finances are SCREWED unless you are one of the lucky ones that DOES NOT have insurance!!!!! Oh, we'll take the money for your plan, be as fucking useless as possible, screw up every piece of paperwork we touch, put you on hold for hours at a time, OOOPS! not fix the problem and leave you with bills for thousands of dollars going to collection agencies because we keep telling you it's taken care of. What do you think we are, here to help?
