I did something almost superhuman today. I resisted both the urge to post pictures of trees and my natural inclination towards oversaturation. I hope you're impressed...
As if the above-mentioned efforts weren't enough, I risked my life to take the picture below. Not having a proper zoom lens with which to get the shot from the pavement, I had to stand in the middle of a busy crossroads to get it. Several drivers were not wholly amused by my presence there, but being good, proper, easy-going Aussies, they refrained from shouting, "Jesus, do you have a fucking death wish or something?" and other such niceties.
I like Aussies.
I wasn't supposed to take the picture below, either. About ten seconds after I had taken it, a nice lady came scurrying over to inform me that tripod photography was strictly prohibited in the museum. Luckily, I had already taken all the pictures I wanted by then. Expect a nice abstract series at some point...
