I have a useless fact question about well... a useless fact :)

I am known for knowing a lot of useless facts, my brain seems to like to keep a hold of them, and I am rather fond of throwing them out to the people of the world. :)
I am one of those people who will remember everything YOU ate for the past week, why? Who the hell knows. I guess it's the creepiness in me :D

So, here is my useless fact question. Oh yeah, I am asking the friends of the UK as well, though you really probably don't know anything about this, or even care. But maybe, just maybe one of you will be bored and am way better at using the internet than I am.
Here it goes:
"Why is it, that on US currency, the president on the $10 dollar bill is facing the other way, from all the other presidents on all of the other bills?"
My friend came to me with this question, and I have no answer for it. I would love to be able to give him this useless information, but I cannot seem to find out about it. :(
Now, why he even noticed that the faces were all in one direction except for the ten dollar bill, I have no idea. Nor do I think I want to. But ever since he asked me the question, it has been bugging me.
So, any ideas? Anyone?
I have nothing to offer except my thanks. Since this is the internet. If I were to see you in person maybe I could give you a nice shiny nickle. Or maybe a pen that I probably took from someone at sometime. (we all do that don't we? hehe!) I could give you a hug and say "thanks!" but that seems kind of lame up against a pen, doesn't it?
Anyway, as stupid as the question is, I hope it gets into some of your heads to the point where you want to know as well....
