10. Stop drinking soda.

Woo hoo!  I am still craving it, but I have it on good authority that'll go away eventually.  'Course, I just had a class on obesity with a PhD in nutrition, and he says that there's nothing wrong with diet soda.  I'm not going back, though, now that I've quit.  I'm determined.
