Ah, the third installment of Strays that doesn't really want to be an installment of Strays, go figure. I don't care that it doesn't really fit, nothing in this entire timeline really fits, so here it is and I think you'll enjoy it so read it. It fulfills prompt #12, "Spinning," rather nicely, if you think the way I do about things

I'm so glad you liked how Russel came across in this story. I'm always tempted to write him as older and more mature, because my other arcs with him in them have had him in his late teens, early twenties. Here, though, he's 14 ... I can see him being scared to go to sleep because his daddy might not be there when he wakes. Makes me glad you identified with that. ♥
Haha, oh lord the bit about how the boys would learn of their father's relationship with John gave me fits! I had such a hard time deciding how it would happen. At one point, they walked in on John and Nash showering together. That got scrapped. Then another try, they found Nash giving John head. I didn't like how it read. Then here, originally, instead of just kissing, John was going to be groping Nash, but that just felt tasteless, to me. Kissing is more than enough for the boys to see, don't you think? ^_~
I'm so glad you were willing to read this pairing just because you've liked my writing in the past. That's an enormous compliment. Many haven't read these stories or commented on them because of the pairing, without giving them a chance.
So! Thank you for reading and leaving such thoughtful feedback. I hope, perhaps, you're warming up to Nash a bit more, as the stories progress? XD
