I'm so glad you liked this, though, hon! Yeah, guilt would have killed Belsio, had Nash died ... and really, that would've been Nash's fault. Belsio's reactions are understandable, I think. *nods*
Thanks for reading! ♥

As for what happened ... I don't think that's explained, actually, until "Keeping Secrets." You'll have to wait and see!! XD ♥

There's a lot of deep-felt emotions is this ficlet, so I once again, I bow in awe of your ability to say so much with so few words.
But I have a question...what is wrong with Nash to have him in need of a doctor and john afraid he will die??

(I actually did that on purpose: in this story, John doesn't know what's wrong with Nash either, doesn't find out 'til later. I wanted this to just feel like urgency and fear and confusion ... maybe I didn't pull it off right. =_=)
I'm glad you liked this, sweetie! Thanks for reading! ♥

at least they do get some kind of happiness and he gets his nash back.

Yeah, they're suffering here. But as you said, they do get their happiness, in the end, and maybe it's sweeter because of the suffering?
Thanks for reading, dear! ♥
