I tried to comment last night when you first showed this to me, but my laptop was being buggy. Anyway! *snugs* I liked it! I like how it ties in together, but not in sequential order; it makes the revelations the reader already knows about that much more interesting. Very cool!

*sobs* It really SHOULD be a surprise to the reader that the people of Xentime think that Nash is a woman. If you look at the first bit of the post, this story would be the fourth in the arc. HOWEVER, since my brain is wired up the way it is, I didn't write the stories in the order they're supposed to go, so ... uh ... surprise? XD

The part about wanting to protect him from the eyes of his children, even if it's just a photograph, is just so very sweet and touching -- you can feel the concern and love coming from it, which radiate through this whole fic, really. Your smut is very hot and at the same time, very tender and romantic. Another lovely job, you really have done for this pairing what you did for RussellXEd, and DannyXAl.

Belsio is one of the few FMA characters I never thought I'd come to like, especially after how he treats Russel in Domesticity, but y'know ... he's kinda growing on me. XD

Well, that's not quite the apology that decades of hurting John deserves- but it's probably all he's gonna get. I got the sense that John was the assertive and more aggressive one when they were kids. Now he's like on qualudes he's so mellow.

The prostitute cover was a great idea. I hadn't even thought about what the people in the neighborhood and markets would say- when all of a sudden he's shopping for 2. Plus I like the idea of Nash being considereed a whore and having to crossdress as a form of punishment. Though it's also self serving because he'll be able to go outside.

Now that it's sunk in and I read your reply to my comment...I can understand Belsio forgiving Nash anything. He loves him- and love is blind. And I remember putting up with a lot of stuff I normally wouldn't have; because I was in love.
